Do you have setup fee?

No.


What do most customers use Beyond Hosting for?

People use our servers for any use imaginable, provided the use complies with our Terms Of Service and is of good ethical practice. The most common uses are Web Hosting, Game Server Hosting, Exchange/Email Services, Software Development, and other Internet-Based applications.


Does Beyond Hosting have contracts?

Beyond Hosting does not have contracts for extended service periods. We bill you on a monthly basis, and you are able to cancel your server with a mandatory 5-day notice at any time through your Account Control Panel.


Does Beyond Hosting allow adult content on their servers?

Legal adult content is allowed on Beyond Hosting's servers and network. All content must adhere to our Terms of Service and all applicable US laws. Beyond Hosting may require the customer to provide documentation meeting the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 for review. Any customer found to be in non-compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 or any other applicable law may have their account suspended or revoked without warning at our sole discretion.


What about telephone support?

Telephone support is currently provided from 9am - 6pm EST. If you have support needs outside of this timeframe, ticket support is provided 24/7. We would like to think that we have provided you with everything you might need to fully maintain and control your server remotely. However, hardware can fail, and you might require our support staff to step in with a helping hand.


Can I get a discount for for pre-payment?

Yes, upon checkout depending on the product you will be presented with an option to pay by month, quarter and yearly, the longer you prepay the more you save.


How many IP addresses can I have?

You can use as many IP addresses as are required. We have very strict policy about large IP Address blocks, you will need to fill out an ARIN justification form if you need more than 30 IP. For larger blocks of IP space, additional charges may apply. All IP addresses provided will remain the property of Beyond Hosting and its Providers.


What type of connection will I have?

All servers are connected via a 100mbit port to the switch. We make sure that we have enough available bandwidth from our carriers at all time for you to make 100% use of your link speed.


Do you offer Remote Reboots?

Yes, and you don't even have to rely on our support staff to have this done. You can control the power to your servers right through your Account Control Panel. You can view the current power status, and cycle the power whenever you need to.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover.
We also accept Google Checkout, Purchase Orders and Personal Checks.
